Instructions
Step 1
Mix together wet ingredients into a microwave-safe mug or cereal bowl: banana, maple syrup, vanilla extract, peanut butter and egg.
Step 2
Stir in dry ingredients until combined: flour, baking soda, cinnamon, pinch of salt, chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
Step 3
Microwave on high for 90 seconds. If it does not appear done, add on 30 seconds at a time until cooked to desired consistency.
