Prep and weigh ingredients I used Oikos triple zero yogurt and Keto granola so keep in mind the health score isn’t 100% accurate The calories for mine ends up at 205 for the whole thing!

Cook blueberries using a skillet on low-medium heat They cook quick so be careful they don’t burn Stir often

Add Splenda(desired amount), flour, and sugar free syrup to the blueberries The flour gives the blueberries that jelly texture
