Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a large frying pan on a medium heat. Add chopped onion, peppers and jalapeño. Mix and allow to soften.
Step 2
Add minced garlic, jackfruit, fajita seasoning, black beans and lemon juice. Combine then allow to cook for 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Once done, garnish with chopped parsley and evenly distribute between tortilla wraps. Add grated cheese, guacamole and enjoy!
