Instructions

Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients in a large sheet pan or roaster. Mix syrup and vanilla until combined and pour over muesli. Use your hands to mix and make sure syrup is all over the muesli. Bake in 350 convection for about 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. I bake a little longer to get nuts extra toasty.
