40goat flour
15gsalted caramel whey protein powder
2 TbsMonk fruit sweetener
or any
½ tspbaking powder
½ tspcinnamon

30gfat free yogurt
80mlalmond milk
½ tspvanilla essence

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, add all the dry ingredients
Step 2
Thoroughly mix
Step 3
Combine the wet ingredients in with the dry
Step 4
Mix again until there are no lumps
Step 5
You can choose to transfer the batter into a ramekin or leave it in the same bowl it was mixed in (make sure its heatproof)
Step 6
Microwave for 1-2mins or bake for 15-20mins at 180 C (do not overcook or it will turn dry)
Step 7
In a small bowl add the biscoff and milk, microwave in 5 second intervals, stiring each time until its smooth (do not over cook, itll burn quick)
Step 8
Pour the melted biscoff mixture onto the baked oats
Step 9
Crush half a sugar free biscuit and sprinkle ontop
