Instructions

Step 1
Warm the milk in the microwave for 45 seconds. Then, add in the raw honey and the package of yeast and set aside to bloom.
Step 2
Grind your rolled oats into 3 cups of oat flour or use pre-made oat flour. In a large mixer add in your oat flour, Psyllium husk powder, and salt. Attach a dough hook and mix together.
Step 3
Add in the yeast mixture and stir. Then, add in one egg at a time (make sure your eggs are at room temperature-you can put them in a bowl of warm water to speed up the process).
Step 4
Spray a 9 inch loaf pan and put the mix inside, it will be wet and sticky. Then, proof for 30 minutes. I put it in the oven with a sheet pan beneath it that has boiling water. It should rise to slightly over the top of the loaf pan.
Step 5
After proofing bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
