Step 1

Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Use an ice cream scoop to drop batter on the skillet. cook for 5-6 minutes until pancakes start to turn golden brown. Turn pancakes over and press patties down, cooking for another 5-6 minutes
