For Chicken Marination
500gChicken
1 TbspSoya sauce
1 ½ TbspRice vinegar
1 TbspGreen chillies paste
1 TbspKetchup
1 TbspChilli sauce
Salt
to Taste

1 tspGinger powder
1 tspGarlic powder
1 tspOnion powder
For Vegetables
For Sauce;
1 cuptomato ketchup
2 Tbsphot sauce
3 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbsprice vinegar
1 tspmsg
1 tspchilli powder
1 tspblack pepper
½ tspsalt
1 Tbspsugar
For cooking;
Instructions
For Chicken Marination;
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add the chicken cubes and all of the ingredients. Mix well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
For Sauce;
Step 2
In a bowl combine all the sauce ingredients and stir to mix.

Step 3
In a large skillet, heat the oil to medium high heat. Add chopped ginger and garlic . Sauté for few seconds.
Step 4
Add the marinated chicken, and cook for 6/7 minutes until almost tender.
Step 5
Now add the cubed bell peppers & onion. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
Step 6
Add the sauce and pour water according to the liquid gravy you want. Cook for 5/6 minutes until slightly thickened and bubbling.
Step 7
Add cornflour slurry in the sauce to thicken it.
Step 8
Remove from the heat and serve immediately with plain boiled rice or egg fried rice.
