Instructions
Step 1
Brown the sausage, drain grease then add onion and garlic

Add in the flour and cook for one minute
Step 3
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil
Step 4
Add in the sliced potatoes (1/8 in thick)
Step 5
Simmer 15 minutes, until potatoes are done. Reduce heat to low
Step 6
Slowly stir in heavy cream and add spinach or kale. Simmer 5 minutes
