Instructions
Step 1
pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Cook noodles as directed on the package until tender. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Sauté the breadcrumbs in 4 tbls. butter until brown and set aside
Step 4
Remove the seeds from the green pepper, and chop. Peel and chop a small onion. Saute both in butter and set aside.
Step 5
With medium heat in a large saucepan, add mushroom soup.
Step 6
Add milk a little at a time, and continually stir with a slotted spoon until smooth.
Step 7
Add cheese. Continue to stir until melted
Step 8
Add noodles. Add pepper and onion. Add fish. Optionally add the peas.
Step 9
Move it all into a large casserole dish and top it with bread crumbs
Step 10
Bake for 30 minutes.
