The recipe for French crepes! You could have it either sweet or tasty, depending of the filling you choose

Instructions
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix the wet.
Step 2
Combine the two and mix thoroughly, trying to avoid clumps of flour
Step 3
Let it rest for about 30 minutes and up to overnight
Step 4
In a non-stick pan on high heat, add enough butter to cover the surface (if you add too much it won’t cook evenly and it will be hard to flip).
Once it easily detaches from the pan, flip in and cook on the other side quickly
Step 5
Add whatever filling you would like and enjoy!
