In a bowl, mix in diced garlic and ginger, chopped scallion, pour in sizzling oil to sear until aromatic. Further add light soy sauce, dark vinegar, Szechuan chili oil(or any spicy chili oil you like), oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallion. Enjoy!
