Instructions
Step 1
Using a Mandalin, Cut your potatoes, flipping it 90 degrees after every slice
Step 2
Boil water with 1 cup vinegar. Once boiling, add waffles fries for 2-3 minutes
Step 3
Remove potatoes and place them on a paper towel to dry them off
Step 4
Add potato slices to air fryer. Add some sea salt and spray with olive oil
Step 5
Air Fry at 390 F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway
