Instructions

Step 1
Add the harissa paste to the pan with olive oil on medium heat and saute for a minute before adding the beans, spinach and tomatoes with seasoning
Step 2
Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes
Step 3
Crack the 2 eggs into the mixture and cover with a lid for 5 minutes or until the eggs are cooked but still runny inside
