Instructions
Step 1
In a shallow dish, add three large eggs, pinch of salt, half a cup of vanilla almond milk. Whisk until well combined
Step 2
Once well combined, add in your cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, and grand cloves. You can always adjust the amounts to your personal liking, and then mix until well combined
Step 3
Set a medium sauce pan to medium heat, and add some butter to grease your pan. While that heats up, dip your bread into the egg mixture, and coat evenly, then lay gently in the pan
Step 4
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side on medium heat, or until it is golden brown.
Step 5
Remove from heat, and add your toppings! I personally recommend homemade Apple Butter!
