Instructions

Sauce

Step 1
Chop the basil and sundried tomatoes.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix until well combined.

Prawn filling

Dice the onion, mince the garlic and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 4
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the onions and garlic. Fry for about 2min until translucent and soften.
Step 5
Now add the prawns. Fry for 1min.
Step 6
Then add the cherry tomatoes and seasoning. Fry for another 2min.
Step 7
Pure in the white whine. Reduce the heat to medium and let the wine reduce for about 2-3min.

Wrap

Step 8
Spread the front center of the wrap with the sauce.
Step 9
Top it with the arugula and prawn filling.
Step 10
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 11
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
