Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, melted butter and honey until smooth
Step 3
Using a spatula, fold in the flour, baking powder, and salt
Step 4
Sprinkle surface with flour and roll down on surface into a 6" long, 5" wide.
Step 5
Brush with egg wash and salt. (Optional: can also add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning).
Step 6
Cut into small pieces and transfer to baking sheet. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
