Ingredients

For the Khandvi
1 cupgram flour
besan
1 cupyoghurt
2 ½ cupswater
Green chillis
finely chopped
ginger-garlic paste
salt
to taste
turmeric
2 Tbspsugar
Foe the Vaghar (tempering)

Instructions
Step 1
First of all, grease the worktop surface with oil or spread the kitchen foil. (I use kitchen foil).
Step 2
Now mix all the khandvi ingredients together in a large jug and blend.
Step 3
Cook it on high flame stirring constantly until the mixture is cooked. If the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan, then it's cooked. It roughly takes about 7-8 minutes on high flame.
Step 4
Spread the mixture on the foil with a spatula and let it dry. Make the cuts 6 inches apart and roll. Cut the rolls into small rolls after.
Step 5
Heat 3 tbsp sunflower oil, and add and sesame seeds. Once the seeds have popped, spread it over the cooked khandvi and garnish with chopped coriander and coconut!
