Instructions

Step 1
Trim the artichokes to the tender part and cut them in 8 small pieces.
Step 2
Drop them in a bowl with water. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon
Step 3
In a frying pan put olive oil to coat the bottom
Step 4
Drain water from artichokes and add them in the pan.
Step 5
Squeeze the remaining half a lemon over artichokes in pan
Step 6
cover artichokes and cook on medium flame until tender.
Step 7
In a small bown add garlic, salt and parsley. With a mortar crush together. Add a little bit of olive oil if needed.
Step 8
Add garlic mixture to artichokes . Mix until mixture is melted.
Step 9
Add cheese and breadcrumbs to artichokes
Step 10
In a small bowl, crack eggs and whisk together. Add over eggs
Step 11
Cook until golden brown at the bottom. A few minutes.
Step 12
Turn it over with the plate and put it bake in the pan. Finish cooking the eggs.
