Thanksgiving Leftovers Pizza
6 steps
Prep:10minCook:20min
This is meant to be made with your Thanksgiving leftovers, but you can also make it from scratch. This pizza has all the best parts of Thanksgiving - cranberry sauce, caramelized Brussels, and then, of course, the turkey. But you can get creative with it! I just wanted to mix it up from the typical leftover sandwich

Instructions
Step 1
Start by washing your Brussels, then removing the stem and then chopping them into even-sized small pieces. I chopped them into 8ths, so they were practically shredded. I do this because it's easier to caramelize and goes well as a pizza topping.
Step 2
On an oiled skillet over medium-high heat, add your Brussels sprouts with 2 tbsp maple syrup and let it caramelize for around 5 minutes, stirring often. Turn down the heat to medium and add 1 tbsp of garlic. Keep stirring until the Brussels have turned a dark green. Roughly 5 more minutes.
Step 3
If you're not using leftover turkey from thanksgiving dinner, then make your turkey by pan-frying a turkey breast with 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp garlic. Let it cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Make sure to not overcook it because it will continue cooking in the oven.
Step 4
Next, assemble your pizza! Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface, then spread cranberry sauce across the pizza, except for a 1-inch border that you'll leave clean for the crust. Add your brie, then layer on your Brussels and turkey slices. Optional - brush a little bit of olive oil. on the crust so that it turns golden in the oven.
Step 5
I baked the pizza in the Ninja Foodi air fryer (it has a pizza mode which gives it the perfect crust), but you can also do this on the grill or in the oven. Cook the pizza for 7 minutes at 500º. We put the pizza in on parchment paper and then removed it after 4 minutes so that it wouldn't burn.
Step 6
Enjoy!
