Step 1
Halve, peel and thinly slice the red onion. Mix together the onion, cider vinegar, sugar (see ingredients for amount) and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Set aside to pickle.
Step 2
If you have a food processor, whizz up the feta and milk (see ingredients for amount) until smooth and creamy. If you don't, crumble the feta into a medium bowl, add the milk and use a whisk or fork to beat until smooth and creamy, 3-5 mins. Season with pepper, then set aside for serving.
Step 3
Heat your grill on high heat. Halve the baby plum tomatoes. Trim the cucumber, then quarter lengthways. Chop widthways into small pieces. Pick the mint leaves from their stalks and roughly chop (discard the stalks).
Step 4
When your grill is hot, put the naans on a baking tray and warm through, 2-3 mins.
