Instructions
Step 1
To a bowl add the egg and milk. Whisk until well combined.
Step 2
To another bowl add the panko.
Step 3
Slice the tomato
Step 4
Soak the mozzarella in the egg mixture and then in the panko. Repeat with the tomato

Heat the oil in a small pot or pan. Leave the heat on high. Then add the mozzarella. Deep fry for 2min each side.

Then add the tomato slices and deep fry for 2min each side as well.
Step 7
Cut the bread in half. Spread both sides with the olive oil. Toast until golden brown.
Step 8
Chop the basil.
Step 9
Place the fried mozzarella on the bottom half of the bread and slice.
Step 10
Then add the tomato slices and season with salt, pepper and basil. Finish with the balsamic cream.
Step 11
Place the second half on top and enjoy!
