Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Step 2
Combine all cereal and crackers in 3-4 roasting pans that they will bake in. (Could also combine in a plastic tote first to mix evenly)
Step 3
Melt butter together with seasonings.
Step 4
Pour seasoned butter evenly over all the trays and mix until we coated and no butter remains in the bottom of the pan.
Step 5
Bake 2-3 hours stirring every 20 minutes.
Step 6
Note: Original seasoning mix is 7 sticks of butter, 3/4 cups bacon grease, 1.5 T celery seed, 1.5 T garlic powder, 1.5 T sesame seeds, 2 T Worcestershire sauce, 2 T Tabasco, cayenne and seasoning salt to taste.
