Step 1
Beat egg whites stiff
Step 2
Mix sugar and flour together
Step 3
Add a little milk so it doesn’t lump when adding to warm milk.

Add beaten egg yolks to milk mixture and cook a few minutes, but not too long.

Whip egg whites into hot custard and mix well then add cream and milk to make a gallon.
