Instructions
Step 1
(Tip: Use a Pie Weight Chain when blind-baking the crust to keep it nice and flat.)
Sauté green onion, asparagus and red pepper until soft (about 5 minutes)
Step 2
Whisk eggs until light yellow color. Add Old Bay seasoning, half-n-half, and swiss cheese and blend well.
Step 3
Add the sauteed vegetables and lump crab and blend well.
Step 4
Pour into prepared, blind baked pie crust.
Step 5
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes until filling is set and crust is golden brown.
