This burnt butter anchovy sauce goes great with any pasta! The sweet tomatos really cuts through the salty anchovies and really contributes well to the dish!

Instructions
Step 1
Put butter and sage in pan at medium heat. Butter should bubble consistently mix (this means the water is evaporating out of the butter)
Step 2
Once butter has been bubbling for 1 minute place in anchovies, garlic and lemon juice in pan. Ensure to constantly mix (the anchovies will break down and mix with the butter)
Anchovies can burn so watch your heat.
Step 3
Once the sauce looks browned and the liquid looks homogeneous, turn heat to low. Add your parmesan, tomatoes, lemon zest, dill and small amount of pasta water. Mix well for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add pasta to pan and toss well in sauce. And serve with a sprinkle of fresh pepper
