Instructions

Step 1
Lightly toast bread in pan before starting if it is too soft. Set aside. Mix eggs, pumpkin, spices in a shallow bowl. Thin with coconut milk. Let bread soak in egg mixture until saturated. Fry in butter or coconut oil until golden brown on both sides. Smear dulce du leche into individual place and stack cut toast on top. Drizzle with hot honey and dust with peanut powder. Garnish with banana slices. Enjoy!
