Super delicious and is really easy to whip up for lunch. Can be served with pretty much everything and can be adjusted to taste.

Instructions

Step 1
First drain and chop your Halloumi into slices and put to the side.
Step 2
Get a nonstick pan and drizzle the bottom in some olive oil, Place on a hob and turn the hob onto a medium setting I usually put it on 4.
Step 3
Chop a red onion into thin but rather larger slices while you wait for the pan to heat up.
Step 4
Then add the Halloumi to the pan and drizzle some honey on top then add the paprika, Salt, Pepper, onion flakes, garlic and some Cajun seasoning. Stir until all the Halloumi is coated on both sides.
Step 5
Leave the halloumi to sizzle as you chop up the salami slices into small chunks.
Step 6
Add the red onion to the pan and stir once again.
Step 7
Once the onion is nearly cooked add the Salami and stir, making sure everything is covered in the honey glaze.
Step 8
Then serve on whatever you please, I personally recommend: A bagel Some French stick Pita breads Wraps Muffins
