Instructions

Step 1
Wash vegetables
Step 2
cut the carrots julienne style (like match sticks) FIRST

Cut onion to your desired cut (not too big, not too small preferably)

Cut stem of broccoli off and break apart the broccoli
Step 5
Cut mushrooms. Cut off the bottom stem first, then cut the mushrooms itself (like you're cutting bread)

Grease your pot. Put just carrots in first, probably while you're cutting the other ingredients. Stir while letting it cook for about 3 minutes

Now after the 3 minutes, add the broccoli and stir for about 2-3 minutes

Now add the onion in. Stir for 2-3 minutes.

Add mushrooms very last. Then add the soy sauce and sugar. Let caramelize while stirring for a couple minutes.
Step 10
To know if it's done, a fork should be able to slide into the carrot fairly easy, and then it should be done
