Instructions

Step 1
Mix flour, salt, sugar
Step 2
Add 1 cup milk. Mix well.
Step 3
Add 3 eggs. Mix gently.
Step 4
Add butter & vanilla. Mix.
Step 5
Cover & set aside. Wait 1 hr minimum.
Step 6
Mix in 1/4 cup milk for runny consistency.
Step 7
Heat cast iron to medium, lightly brush with butter, pour a small amount of batter in the middle, use pan handle to swirl batter in the pan.
Step 8
It cooks pretty quickly. Check if ready to flip. Should be 10-15 seconds each side.
