Instructions
Step 1
In a 1 gallon resealable plastic freezer bag, thoroughly mixed together all the ingredients, except the meat, and allow the mixer to rest for 10 minutes.
Step 2
At the meat strip to the paste and mix them around so they get completely coated with the marinade. Remove as much as possible from the bag, seal, and place in the refrigerator for 8 to 24 hours.
Step 3
During the marinating time, remove the bag from the refrigerator and work the meat around so the pace is fully incorporated into it.
Step 4
Remove the strips from the paste and arrange at a single layer in your choice of dryer. Driest directed.
Step 5
Use your dehydrator instructions at 165 degrees. It should take between 4 and 6 hours at 165 in the dehydrator.
Step 6
Jerky should bend and maybe start to break. If it snaps, she suggests 🎯making a new batch of marinade, place meat back into marinade for an hour or 2 and re-dehydrate, PAYING ATTENTION TO THE DRYING TIME). This actually will increase the flavor.
