SMOKED SALMON, DILL & GOATS CHEESE FRITTATA
SMOKED SALMON, DILL & GOATS CHEESE FRITTATA: a gourmet meal prep recipe that is fool proof! We slice this into 4 serves and have it for lunch with a side salad, perrrrfect 🙋🏼♀️
INGREDIENTS:
5 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tbs fresh dill
1 packet smoked salmon
1 cup spinach leaves
1 bunch asparagus, sliced
1/2 cup goats cheese
METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Whisk the eggs and milk together.
3. Grease a baking dish.
4. Add the dill, salmon, spinach & asparagus.
5. Pour over the egg mixture.
6. Sprinkle goats cheese over the top.
7. Bake for ~30 mins or until golden & cooked.
