Tamago Mentai Mayo w Rice!!!! (10/10 missing out in life if you haven't tried this) 1. To make mentai sauce Ingredients: - 35g frozen mentaiko - 3 tbsp mayo - 1 tbsp chilli sauce - 1 tbsp tomato sauce Mix all together. Store in the fridge. 2. To make tamago Ingredients: - 4 Kenkori eggs - 2g dashi powder - ½ tbsp sugar Mix all the ingredients together use a tamago pan. Spray some oil and add one layer egg with a ladle scoop. Roll it into an egg roll, and pour more egg, and then roll it to another side. Finish the whole egg solution. Wrap it in a plastic, so that the shape stays and cools down, leave it for a few minutes Cut it into 10 pieces, 8 pieces if prefer thicker. 3. Mix rice with the halal mirin and rice vinegar. 150g rice, 1 tbsp halal mirin, ½ tsp rice vinegar. 4. To assemble everything - Place rice on bowl. Add the tamago, lay it out. Pour the mentai sauce, either torch or broil in oven. Finish with sprinkling with furikake & toasted sesame seeds.
