Instructions
Step 1
1. Crack 2 eggs in a bowl

2. Put a small pour of milk in the bowl

3. Cover top layer with salt and pepper

4. Get a medium frying pan and put a teaspoon of butter on the pan

5. Turn to low-medium heat
Step 6
6. Wait till butter melts a bit and take pan and spread it around

7. While you wait for butter to melt, grate a hand sprinkle worth of cheese and/or cut up meat pieces to put in
Step 8
8. Pour bowl contents in and scrape edges of egg into the middle, add cheese and/or meat while you scrape
Step 9
9. Mix around and break off pieces until scrambled and done
