Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine cottage cheese, egg, sugar, and lemon zest/ vanilla.
Step 3
Add flour, salt, and baking soda, and mix until combined. Don’t stir too much.

Fold in blueberries.
Step 5
Transfer to a greased (I use oil spray) pie dish or a 8×8 baking dish.

Bake for 30-35 minuts.
