Ingredients

1 boxCellentani pasta
2 Tbspoil
½ cuponion
chopped
2 Tbspgarlic
minced
1 tspchicken bouillon granules
1 cupwhite wine
1 TbspCajun seasoning
or creole
1 Tbspsweet smoked paprika
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
2 Tbsptomato paste
1 pintheavy whipping cream
1bell pepper
sliced green, red, or yellow
Andouille sausage
cooked, sliced
2 cupschicken
cooked, sliced
½ cupgrated parmesan cheese
2 Tbspfresh parsley
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
1. Boil pasta and set aside
2. In large sauté pan over medium heat add oil and onions. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add chicken bouillon granules and white wine to pan, stir to combine.
4. Reduce to half, about 3 minutes.
5. Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper and tomato sauce . Stir to combine. 6. Add heavy cream, when cream is almost bubbling turn heat to low and reduce for about 5 minutes.
7. Add bell pepper, andouille sausage and chicken. Heat until desired softness of bell pepper is reached.
8. Add in pasta, stir well.
9. Add in Parmesan and parsley, stir well.
10. Heat through and serve.
