Instructions
Step 1
Marinate pork loin steaks in a bowl with the honey and ½ tbsp of soy sauce. Start rice cooking.
Step 2
Heat the peanut butter, curry powder and 1 tbsp of oil in a parje pan on low. Add a splash of coconut milk to thin if needed. Cook for 1 min
Step 3
Slowly add the remaining coconut milk and soy sauce, stirring, hen add the stock. Simmer on low for 12 mins add lime juice and flour paste after 10 mins. start cooking the broccoli.
Step 4
Fry the marinated pork in the rest of the oil on a high heat until cooked.
Step 5
Transfer pork to a plate and leave rest. Slice diagonally after resting.
Step 6
Divide the broccoli and rice between the plates, add sliced pork, drizzle over the sauce and season. Serve with lime wedges if wanted
