Instructions
Step 1
Dice sourdough bread, toss with oil, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven at 350 until brown.
Step 2
Toss tomatoes whole with oil, salt, pepper, honey, and chili flakes. Bake in the oven at 350 until blistered.
Step 3
Cook cannellini beans with garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes, oregano, and bay leaves. Cook on low until desired consistency.
Step 4
Cut kale into small pieces and massage with olive oil, salt, and a little vinegar of choice.
Step 5
Combine all ingredients and top with pickled red onions, Kalamata olives and mozzarella.
