Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop the tomatoes. Optionally you can remove the seeds, but I like to keep most of the juice.
Step 2
Season with a generous amount of salt and pepper, add some basil and olive oil and let it sit while preparing the bread.
Step 3
Toast the pan in a cast iron pan or toaster until nicely browned.
Step 4
Rub the bread with garlic. (very important!)
Step 5
Top the bread with tomatoes and enjoy!
