Step 1
Toss cauliflower florets in avocado oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Lay cauliflower evenly into a 9x13 baking dish. Roast in oven for 25 mins. While cauliflower is roasting, brown and crumble ground sausage on stovetop until fully cooked. Set aside. Remove cauliflower, leave oven at 425. Cover cauliflower with pasta sauce, then add your cooked sausage in an even layer, sprinkle mozzarella to cover and arrange your pepperoni on top (if desired) Return to the oven and bake at 425 for 10 mins or until cheese is melted and golden
