Instructions
Step 1
Boil your eggs for 7 mins over medium heat. Turn off the heat and leave the eggs in the hot water for an additional 3 mins.
Step 2
Peel the eggs.
Step 3
In a bowl, mash the eggs with a fork until crumbly.
Step 4
Add in the Japanese Mayo, salt and pepper (to taste). Mix well.
Step 5
Spread over your bread and enjoy!
