Cabbage cake appetizer

Used about a quarter of a head of cabbage to make 6-7 patties. Use 2 eggs if using whole head.

Instructions
Step 1
Boil chopped cabbage for about 10 minutes
Step 2
Sauté diced onions until tender then add garlic. Sauté until light brown.
Step 3
Drain cabbage in colander. Get as much water out as you can.
Step 4
Combine cabbage with onions and garlic in bowl. Add one egg and roughly half cup of flour. Salt pepper and red peppers to taste. Mix. Add more flour if too wet.
Step 5
Pan fry golf ball sized mixture a few minutes on each side until golden brown. Smash it down to make it patty shaped. Approximately 3-4 minutes per side on low to medium heat.
Step 6
Serve with a dipping sauce such as siracha, ranch, etc.
Step 7
You can add other ingredients such as parmigian cheese, parsley, etc to your liking.
