Instructions

Omelette

Step 1
Dice the tomato and bell pepper.

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the vegetables and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Mix until well combined.

Sandwich

Cut out a square from the toast, leaving a 1 cm thick border.
