Cut in the middle of the bread from the slice leaving 1cm border of the crust

In a pan place the tomatoes and butter and cook on a medium heat. Flip after 2 minutes and cook about 1 minute. put aside

Put the crust in the pan. Flip after 2 minutes
Put egg in the middle and fry for 3 minutes
Step 4
Put the egg in the middle, season and fry for 3 minutes

Put the inside of the bread on top and flip carefully. Fry for 1 minute
Step 6
Put tomatoes and cheese on top and flip. fry for 2 minutes
Step 7
sprinkle green onions on top and poor a little of sweet 🌶️ sauce
