Instructions
Step 1
1. Chop up scallions, whisk 2 eggs with scallions, season with salt and pepper acc do ur taste 🌿

2. Cut spam into about 2-3cm thick slices, I like to cut as I take them out of the can to help measure 🔢

3. Cut a little square on the inside, and then cut diagonally. Flip one side to make a heart. 💚
Step 4
4. Heat some veggie oil on a pan. Place spam heart, and pour egg mixture into the pan. If egg starts breaking out pinch the ends of the heart until the egg is set. 🍳
Step 5
5. When egg is mostly cooked thru, flip and leave for a few seconds and then take off pan 👩🏻🍳
Step 6
6. Serve w. Ketchup. Make an omelette out of the remaining eggs 🍳
