Instructions

Step 1
Place chicken in slow cooker and pour entire bottle of sauce over chicken. Fill bottle with milk and shake. Add to slow cooker.
Step 2
Add cream cheese and parmesan cheese stirring everything together.
Step 3
Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours
Step 4
Once done cooking, shred chicken and mix with sauce. Cook pasta according to package and combine with chicken mixture.
