this casserole is PERFECT for a potluck or just a yummy side dish for a family dinner. it is very similar to green bean casserole, but so much yummier!

Instructions

Step 1
preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
steam broccoli 5 minutes (if fresh)
Step 3
in large bowl, combine broccoli, soup, mayo, butter, eggs, onion, s+p
Step 4
add 1 cup of cheese
Step 5
place mixture in buttered casserole dish
Step 6
sprinkle remaining cheese and crackers (tossed in butter) on top
Step 7
bake 30-40 minutes
