Instructions
Step 1
Cut tofu into bite-size and place on the paper towel to dry water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix the sauce ingredients, microwave for 30 seconds, and set aside in a medium bowl.
Step 3
Coat tofu pieces with the potato starch.
Step 4
Heat the oil to 340˚F (170˚C). Fry the tofu until lightly brown for about 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Place tofu on the plate, and pour the sauce.
