Instructions
Step 1
1. Boil potatoes.
Step 2
2. While potatoes cook, slice ham into small squares.

3. Drain potatoes and transfer to square baking dish and mash.

4. Add flour.

5. Add egg.
Step 6
6. Mix potatoes, egg, and flour until well combined.
Step 7
7. Add ham and mix.

8. Add onions and mix.
Step 9
9. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan.
Step 10
10. Divide potatoes ìnto 1 Tble. spoon portions. Roll into balls and deep fry.
