Instructions
Step 1
Wash the bok choy and leave whole.
Step 2
Chop up the aromatics and add to hot oil on stove top.
Step 3
Once the aromatics start to slightly brown, add the bok choy in and add soy sauce, white pepper powder, sesame oil, water, and a splash of fish sauce. Stir and cover for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Plate bok choy, pour sauce over, and serve!
